Great flavor of cheddar with subtle hints of mango, all perfectly melded with the perfect hint of habanero bite to enhance the delicious, palatable masterpiece that sets before you. I could imagine this would be a great combination with a burger, quesadilla, or whatever you could conjure in your mind.
