United StatesHello Tye, This year I asked one of my best friends what she REALLY wanted for Christmas. She told me _ gourmet cheese. Well, I gave her the 13 year old super sharp cheddar on New Year's Day and have not heard yet, if she had tried it, but I just had a piece of the 8 year old cheddar that I kept for myself. Hi Gary! High quality sharp cheddar is more crumbly by nature. United StatesThey waited 13 years to earn a penny from this cheese. Take my word you're not being overcharged for 6 ozs. of it, not if you yearn for a taste of the finest possible cheddar. It's really singularly superb. The 17 year old one is too, and in fact even more so. I will order both again.
