Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

Looking for your next easy cheesy dinner? Look no further! This really is as easy as it sounds, and even more delicious. 😍

Cheesy Crockpot Chicken
2lbs chicken breast
1 can corn, drained
1 can rotel
1 can black beans
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded Smokin' Hot Pepper Jack*
1 cup Aged Gouda

Place chicken, corn, rotel, beans, cream cheese, and ranch packet into crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6. When finished, remove chicken breasts and shred. (Pro tip, use a hand mixer! Trust me!) Add shredded chicken, Smokin' Hot Pepper Jack and Aged Gouda to crockpot, and stir! Salt and pepper to taste, serve over rice.

*If you aren't a fan of spice, you can replace the Smokin' Hot Pepper Jack with our Buffalo Wing cheese, which isn't spicy at all! 🧀
