BakersfieldFrosting Belles Cake Decorators Club   We were formed March of 1972.  We meet at different homes or locations every third Tuesday of the month, except July and August.  At each meeting we share ideas and our programs are with sugar art, candy and crafts.  Most of the time it is hands on.  We, as a club, spend over a week working every day at the Great Kern County Fair. We sponser the Giant Decorated Cookie Contest & we enter a table setting. We also enter a decorated Christmas tree with ornaments we make.  Our club was very active in helping to put on the very first Mini Class, now called Cake Camp, here in Bakersfield.  The club has published 4 different cook books.  Dues are $15 a year.  Just contact me if you are interested, Fay Shanholtzer at shanholtzer@onemain.com or 661-399-6309.
