Why become a member?

You get to receive our NEWSLETTER "Batter Chatter" - Our newsletter is full of information and is published six times a year and we invite our members to send in any ideas, recipes, or patterns they would be willing to share.  It is your newsletter and it needs your support.

Come to our MEETINGS - Our meetings are held four times a year in various cities in California.  Each meeting may be held in conjunction with a local cake show, or simply a weekend gathering.  We try to schedule demonstrations that will reach all interests and skill levels.

You are eligible to win SCHOLARSHIPS - All regular members are eligible to win scholarships.  (Associate members are not eligible.)  We hold drawings at each meeting of the California Cake Club for $50 scholarships.  You must be present at the meeting to win one of these.  There are other additional larger scholarships that are published in our newsletter.

We hold CAKE CAMP every other year.  The registration fee is lower for our members than non-members. 

Regular Member has voting privileges, receives a newsletter, and is eligible for scholarships.  An Associate Member must reside at the same address as a Regular Member with a current Regular Membership.  An Associate Member will not receive a newsletter and is not eligible for scholarships.
